You can choose between our telemed services(Via Zoom) or in-person appointments at our office.Telemed for marijuana is currently being allowed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All applicants for a medical marijuana registry card must still submit a complete written certification form from a physician licensed in Arkansas, a patient application, a copy of the applicant’s Arkansas driver’s license or ID, and the $50 processing fee.

What you need to qualify for Medical Marijuana
- Be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition.
- Have the official written certification from a physician.
- Be an Arkansas resident with proof of residency. (AR Driver’s License or AR State ID card).
- State law prohibits members of Arkansas National Guard and the United States Military from obtaining a registry ID card.
